Who is Golf in Ontario?

We are a tourism region sponsored program, promoting and selling golf vacations.


Who is Foreward Golf Packages?

FGP is our partner tour operator, who processes and sells golf packages.  They are based in Phoenix, Arizona.


Do you require a deposit for a booking?

Yes, we ask for a 25% deposit from each person, or the overall group booking


When is the final payment due?

Final payments are due 10-14 days in advance of arrival


Are we able to cancel without a penalty?

Yes, as long as it is 10 days in advance of your arrival date.  


What if Covid pops up and shut downs are implemented?

We can either provide a full refund, or re schedule your trip for a later date


When will we receive our tee times? 

Typically, we get final tee times 30-60 days in advance of your trip.  Based on the seasonality of golf this may be quicker or slower but we will do everything we can to confirm as quickly as we can.


We don’t know which region we want to visit this summer?  How can we find out pricing and what’s included? 

Our packages page has courses and regions listed.  We customize EVERY trip, so take a look and we can add or take on as much as we want.


What if we want to add an additional night or additional rounds?

Easily done!  We just ask that you let us know and we can include it in our package quotes.


When we receive a package price, what is included?

Golf, Accommodations, Carts, Range Balls and All Taxes.  Additional elements can be added, but our price is based off of those 5 elements.  Breakfast will be listed if included, transportation will be listed if included.


How long should we expect for you to get back to us with information?

We try our very best to get back to initial requests within 24 hours, sometimes this isn’t possible.  We are not a call center, we have a small team of industry experts and trust we are always thinking about YOU! 


Why do you use Pay Pal for payments?

Simple, it’s easy.  Our partners for marketing and booking are US based, so it makes it easy on them to price and sell trips in CAD.


If we get bad weather, what happens?

We abide by the course policies.  If you are totally rained out, we can refund, if you are on the course and 9 holes get rained out, you will receive a rain check.  If courses don’t charge us, then we don’t expect you to pay.  


What is the easiest way to reach out with questions?

Email or our chat app on our website.  We do not man our phones during normal business hours.  If you do not leave a voicemail when you call, it’s very difficult for us to get back to you.
